ECSPD technology principles guide
It is possible to prevent electric shock accidents by shidlding, absorbing and reducing leakage current without external interference. In addition, it is possible to shield lighting surges.

 ECSPD principle

ECSPD compensates the frequency by using “waveform (voltage, current) abnormality detection and frequency compensation control device” that utilizes a wavelength band based on the equipotential phenomenon between each phase (single-phase, 3-phase) to change the frequency to a constant amplitude without external interference. It is a principle that the electric power line is arranged electronically so that there is no potential difference, that is, “zero potential” so that no leakage current flows. This is a principle that helps prevent electric shock accidents by shielding, absorbing, and reducing leakage current.

By compensating the frequency with “Detected abnormal condition (voltage, current) and frequency compensation control device”, it is possible to prevent electric shock accident by shielding, absorbing and reducing leakage current without external interference.

Precaution • E1: Connect E1 to the load ground.

Thickness of ground wire • Ground wire thickness = circuit breaker (rated current) capacity × 0.0496
Ex) 50A of breaker capacity is 50 × 0.0496 = 2.48 (ie 4SQ),
Breaker capacity 100A is 100 × 0.0496 = 4.96 (ie 6SQ),
The breaker capacity 250A is 250 × 0.0496 = 12.4 (ie 16SQ).
• Use a grounding wire with a size one step larger than that calculated for safety reasons.
• The ground wire of appropriate thickness should be selected in consideration of the protection level and function of the installation site.
• Comply with electrical equipment technical standards or extension regulations.

  • According to the Electrical Appliances and Consumer Products Safety Control Act(K 60990 [IEC 99-08]), when the AC 220V terminal is submerged in the water tank, the amount of current leaking into the water as shown in [Figure 1]is connected in parallel with the type 3 grounding to make sure it is less than 5mA.

  • Check leakage current with 220V + ground wire
  • Check the amount of leakage in accordance with Electrical Appliances and Consumer Products Safety Control Act(K 60990 [IEC 99-08])
